Big Grin The theme is: tandem bicycle. Pick two unlikely characters, both from the same fandom, set in modern times. This means if the characters have super powers of some kind or a strange job in the original story, the powers and job are gone for this contest, all that remains is their personality. Somehow these characters must set aside their differences in order to win a tandem bicycle race. You can create a picture with a caption from a 'scene' of your choice or write an entire fanfic (please no more than ten pages or I will cry). Pretty much anything goes! Have fun with it but let's keep it PG13 at the most.
Here's some criteria I will be scoring on:
-originality
-humor
-unlikeliness of the chosen characters
-and of course, the final product! There should be a clear effort, though I'm not asking for like the most beatiful thing you've ever created. Stories should have punctuation and full sentences. Or, again, I will cry.
It'll help if I know the fandom, but if a truly good effort has been put forth, that won't matter as much. You can ask in the comments if you want to know if I know about a certain fandom.
And the ***PRIZES*** are as follows. They ARE subject to change depending on the number of people entering, whether that means nixing some of them or adding more. Please spread the word if you know anyone who may be interested.

THIRD PRIZE will be 100 points
SECOND PRIZE will be 150 points
FIRST PRIZE will be 250 points, as well as a drawing by me of their choice. You have been warned, the drawing will probably not be very good, especially if it's of a person, it's just an added bonus to your victory.
So I kind of hope it sounds fun and that people actually want to join! Remember, spread the word! I realize it's the beginning of the school year and life will get busy again, so let's make it a long deadline: is October 20th good? Anyway, if you're interested, drop a comment and always alert me if you've submitted something for the competition. Only one submission allowed please. And no hard feelings on the chosen final entries! No drama por favor!
Oh yeah, and if you're not interested, just tell me how your summer was.

For example:
i have Death the Kid and Samantha (fake girl in a fake fandom) riding in the race? or is it that the two characters have to be real in a sense, like Death the Kid and Soul?
aaannnd do we need to show what the fandom is or can we just draw two characters from something?
